Replaces firedog1024/arduino-uno-wifi-iotc + the archived Azure/dps-keygen tool. No PC-side tooling required -- the board provisions itself via Azure's Device Provisioning Service at boot. Cloud-to-device control comes in three forms: writable boolean and numeric properties (persistent settings the cloud remembers), and commands (one-shot actions triggered from a dashboard button). Also reads another device's telemetry via the IoT Central REST API. See the 31 included examples, grouped by mode (send to cloud / control from cloud / react to another device) and ordered easiest-to-hardest within each group.
