Driver for the ST75256 192x63 LCD (+ icon row) of the fake Casio fx-880BTG: Unicode fonts (VI, TH, ZH) and icons, QR codes, WraithUI widgets with keyboard, haunted FX, MJPEG and C2V video.
4-gray framebuffer with diff-based partial refresh, rotation, fonts, shapes, gauges, graphs, dithering, bitmaps, icon row, plus haunted FX (glitch, static, melt, ghost trails, CRT-off). Tested on ESP32-S3, SPI mode 0.
