Logging system for ESP32 with log levels, tag filtering, file logging and throttled messages.
Logs to any Print stream (Serial, NetSerial) with optional ANSI colors, keeps a rotating log file on SPIFFS or LittleFS, and is thread-safe. Optional CommandInterface integration for runtime control.
