Configure Quectel LC29H BA, BS, DA, and EA GNSS modules over UART.
Identifies the IC before SAVEPAR, applies rover or base presets with Survey-In, and drains mixed NMEA plus RTCM on ESP32 so one UART does not overflow. Assembles complete RTCM frames (CRC-24Q) before they are written to the module. DA and EA need PAIR023 after save, not PAIR003. Serial Monitor commands for bench setup. Not an NTRIP caster. Quectel protocol PDFs remain required.
