Lightweight AVR task scheduling with automatic UART shared-variable exchange.
Combines periodic, delayed and event-driven tasks with ordinary shared variables for two-MCU projects. Based on TinyLoopScheduler, with background native-UART exchange, VALUE-only SUM8, acknowledgements and retries. Procedural API and static memory; no heap or custom serial driver.
