Send and receive raw Ethernet frames, or use TCP/IP through the lwIP stack of the arduino-pico core: DHCP, WiFiClient, WebServer and the rest, with or without the chip's INT pin. Based on pico-enc28j60 by Lukasz Janyst (https://github.com/ljanyst/pico-enc28j60), whose PIO SPI program and ENC28J60 driver it uses.
