Provides ST7789V graphics primitives and XPT2046 resistive touch reading over the shield's shared hardware SPI bus. Pin mapping is fixed by the shield's own PCB (D3/D4/D7/D9/D10, Arduino Uno R3 header form factor) so no wiring configuration is needed.
